Shipping policy
At EFFIBIKE, we prioritize delivering your electric bike promptly and efficiently. To ensure a seamless experience, we've developed the following shipping policy:
a) EFFIBIKE ships electric bikes across Canada. Unfortunately, orders cannot be shipped to PO boxes. For orders outside of Canada, please contact our customer support team via sales@effibike.com for assistance.
b) You have the option to pick up your e-bike at your local dealer or arrange for delivery to your desired location (additional charges may apply). Please note that e-bikes come in varying sizes and weights, affecting transportation methods.
c) Shipping costs for electric bikes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, as well as the size and weight of the e-bike. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
d) Available items are typically shipped out within 2 business days on average. However, extra processing time is required for customized items, assembled items, or orders with special requests.
e) Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination. Once your electric bike has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress. On average, delivery within Canada takes 2-4 business days.
f) Any changes regarding shipping after the item has been shipped, such as address modifications or order holds, may result in delays in receiving the products, replacements, or refunds. To change the color or size of your e-bike, please do so before your order is shipped.
g) Please note that EFFIBIKE is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items resulting from the actions or inactions of third-party shipping carriers.
h) In the rare event that a product arrives damaged, you must report any damage to EFFIBIKE Inc. or the location of purchase within 7 days of receiving the e-bike, providing pictures or videos of any shipping damage along with proof of purchase. The cost of shipping for warranty parts is not covered unless agreed upon in writing by EFFIBIKE Inc. Shipping damage is not covered if you choose your own shipping method or freight forwarder.
If minor damage, solely cosmetic, is observed, please note it on the Bill of Delivery before signing off on the shipment and notify EFFIBIKE Inc. with pictures of the damage. You may be required to ship the item back to EFFIBIKE Inc. before receiving a replacement. In the case of major damage that may compromise the safety of operating the e-bike, please refuse the shipment, note the damage on the Bill of Delivery, and notify EFFIBIKE Inc. with pictures of the damage.
i) You are responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a traceable shipping method and obtaining shipping insurance. EFFIBIKE Inc. cannot guarantee the receipt of the returned item. For detailed instructions on returns and exchanges, please refer to our return and exchange policy.
