Time frame for return or exchange
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@effibike.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 518 Yonge St, Toronto ON M4Y 1X9.

Conditions for return or exchange
Products must be returned in their original condition - unused, in its original packaging and including all components, packaging, and accessories. Products must not be damaged or show signs of wear and tear. Missing components such as keys, chargers, or batteries will be refused at your expense.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Restocking Fee
7-14 will have a restocking fee equivalent to 20% of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP), excluding taxes, shipping, and Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) charges, less than 7 day is 10% of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) along with any applicable surcharges and sales tax, will be deducted from the refund amount, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon in writing by EFFIBIKE. The refund process will commence upon the return of the product in new and unused condition.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Shipping costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to EFFIBIKE.
Exceptions
Custom-built e-bikes, final-sale items and clearance items are not eligible for returns.
To commence the return process, please contact us at sales@effibike.com to request authorization. Once your return request has been approved, you may proceed with arranging the shipment of the item back to us. Kindly note that you are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and must provide us with a tracking number for the shipment. Returns sent to us without prior approval will regrettably not be accepted.
