1. Exchange Policy

Time Frame
Customers may exchange their vehicle within 24 hours of purchase.

• Within 24 hours:
  A non-refundable fee of $230 applies:

  • $80 for cleaning

  • $100 for paperwork

  • $50 for labour

• After 24 hours (but under 100 km mileage):
  The same $230 fee applies, plus a 20% restocking fee.

Conditions

• The vehicle must be in original condition.

• Exchanges are not accepted if:

  • Mileage exceeds 100 km

  • The vehicle is damaged or modified

2. Return Policy

Time Frame
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your item.

Conditions for Return

• Product must be unused, in original packaging, and include:

  • All accessories

  • Keys, chargers, batteries

  • No signs of wear or modifications

Restocking Fee
A 20% restocking fee based on the MSRP (excluding taxes, shipping & PDI charges) will be deducted from your refund, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Process

• Contact us at sales@effibike.com to request a return authorization.

• Once approved, ship the item back to us and provide a tracking number.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

• Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
