Warranty coverage applies only to products with manufacturing defects.
Damage resulting from misuse—such as dropping, physical force, or scratched lenses—is not covered under warranty.
To initiate a warranty claim, customers must provide video evidence clearly demonstrating the quality issue to the manufacturer at the contact listed below. The submitted footage will be reviewed and verified before proceeding.
If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect,
The store will proceed with a replacement or return of the product.
Alternatively, a credit equivalent to the purchase value may be issued. This credit can be applied toward the customer’s next order.
