How old do you have to be to ride an e-bike?
You must be at least 16 years old to operate an e-bike in Ontario. Riders must wear an approved bicycle or motorcycle helmet, keep the e-bike in safe working condition and follow the same traffic rules that apply to cyclists.
How far can an e-bike travel on one charge?
E-bike range depends on the battery capacity, motor, assistance level, rider weight, terrain, wind and temperature. Check each product page for the estimated range of the specific e-bike model.
Can I buy an e-bike with monthly payments?
Yes. We offer installment payment options through Klarna and Shop Pay. Add your preferred e-bike or accessory to the cart, proceed to checkout, and select one of the available financing options. Complete the application to find out whether your payment plan is approved.
Please note that financing is subject to approval, and a 10% service fee is payable when you pick up your order.
